This is a hands-on interactive training meeting to help ambitious business owners Grow their Business.

It's a great opportunity to meet like minded ambitious local business people.

The 2 hour agenda is:

1 Welcome and brief Introduction of attendees to the group

2  Your successes so far this year - attendees to give a brief description of what they have achieved. Don’t worry if you don’t want to do so at the first meeting but if you do we would love you to share any insights with the group  

3  The 7 Musts of Effective Marketing - Working through Nigel Botterill’s workbook together

This is going to be very interactive with everyone encouraged to share ideas

4  Member of the Month – acknowledge a member who has made real progress with their business. If anyone can advise me of any success stories before the meeting that would be appreciated

5 What are you gonna achieve in the next 4 weeks:  Attendees will be encouraged to commit to one or two actions to grow the business

6   Attendees given the opportunity to give a 30 or 60 second pitch for their business as time allows
