Ecademy 'Business & Personal Wellbeing" Double Bill at The Ship

A New Year means starting off with ensuring our bodies, minds and our businesses are in good shape for the rest of 2012.  So, January's theme will be "Wellbeing".

We are delighted to welcome Uzma Zaidi, a Certified Wellness Consultant, as our Guest Speaker and her topic will be "The First Wealth is Health".  Uzma will show us how, by taking care of our mind and bodies, we will be able to look after our businesses and make them more successful in 2012.

Uzma knows first hand the importance of living life in balance. She is passionate about educating and informing her clients to make healthier food and lifestyle choices. Uzma offers her clients customized nutrition plans and advise in all areas of wellness, including weight loss, improved energy, immune health, skin health and anti-aging.   She is also a qualified Yoga Instructor and enjoys Nordic Walking, cooking, reading, travelling and coaching.

Following Uzma's talk, there will be a "Business Wellbeing" session. if you have a business issue or question(big or small) the group will brainstorm some suggestions and may even come up with the perfect answer... It's free consultancy from experienced local business people!

Marketing Copywriter & Web Content Specialist, Keith Grover, of Networking in Surrey will facilitate this session.   So please send David Nunn any questions or issues you would like debated in advance or bring them along on the night if you prefer.
