Marcia Stratta posted a statusHave you ever considered 'ad hoc' HOTDESKING?
Hotdesking has many benefits for people on the move, or needing to get out of home and into an office environment occasionally. A hot desk allows you to enjoy all the facilities of a serviced office - in an instant! Just walk in and work...
If you work from home and sometimes need office facilities, perhaps at short notice, this is a cost-=effective way to access the office environment. You may already have you r…

We have started the run-up to the Walton Festival of Light on Saturday 19th November and I am helping to rustle up some volunteers to walk with the procession around the town.
The volunteers will be walking with the Big Builds (lanterns) and basically doing the Health and Safety drill as in previous years. If you are interested in volunteering please let me know. Last year was…

Virtual Offices are quick and easy to set up and an efficient way of increasing your presence with flexible Mailing Address and Telephone services.
I became more aware recently that many people looking for office space hadn't heard of virtual offices and what they involved.Virtual Offices are quick and easy to set up and an extremely cost efficient way of increasing your presence in an area, without the associated costs of running a full office.
Elements of a Virtual Office…

Trish is a brilliant photographer and I highly recommend her services to you all. Luckily, the sun shone on our wonderful day with a lovely boat trip along the River Thames with lots of champagne, canapees and BBQ, followed by a…

Hi Marcia, you will see I'm usually on Twitter @radiantlady but great to meet you on NIS!
I'm also on LinkedIn, naturally ;)
Hi, Marcia
Pleased to accept your request to be linked via Networking In Surrey.
What's this about "Free Use of Meeting Rooms" that Sonia mentioned ? Sounds like a good offer.
If you like good meat, one of my Clients (http://www.staffieldfarmmeats.co.uk/) has recently started trading via the Internet, and within two weeks he has now been asked to supply part of the Co-Operative group.
Hi Marcia
Happy to accept. If you'd like to do the same on LinkedIn (sorry Keith !) please ping over an invitation. Hope all is going well.
Best wishes. Darryl
Hi Marcia
It's a real pleasure to be at Forsyth House. What a beautiful conference room. I appreciate your warm welcome and consideration too. I hope your fabulous offer of free use of your meeting rooms is successful in bringing the excellent facilities to the attention of many NiS members.
thanks again
Sonia
Hi Marcia, good to meet you here.
best wishes
Sonia
Great! So which one are you, exactly? :0)
if you'd like to send me the original as an attachment to an email to keith@networkinginsurrey I'll see if I can crop out some of the 'muscle' and get a better one of just you!
Have a great weekend...

Hi Marcia
Thanks for joining us, and welcome to the Networking in Surrey community. I hope you find the site useful for planning your networking.
I highly recommend you change to using a close-up headshot for your My Page profile pic rather than a shot of the building, as soon as you have one you're happy with. This will help people to recognise you when they meet you in person at networking events and remind them who you are whenever they visit your profile. Of course, any picture is better than the anonymous blue silhouettes provided by the software!
Best regards
K
