I mentioned in a post last week that if you’re going to set a goal you should make it a goal that fulfils the SMART criteria. A SMART goal will be much more likely to be met than one that does not fulfil the following SMART criteria. The SMART acronym has several versions, but ultimately they all say the same thing; a goal should be Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. But what does that all mean?
