There are loads of Business Networking Events out there and I wanted to do something slightly different. I thought if I was to form my own Networking Group what would I like it to be?
Fun
The money I pay to go to local charities
Be able to have a Drink
Learn Something New
Do a Fun Activity
Meet lots of local Businesses
A way of promoting myself to everyone that attends
I came up with a Fun Poker Night. I have now organised over 10 of these in the last few years now. Half the people that attend have never played before, so at the beginning we have a Card School, then have a fun competition using casino chips. Nothing too serious but a whole lot of fun.
I find when you have someone you get to know that person a lot better.
There are Sponsorship Opportunities and The Magic Goody Bag Offer (For a donation of £30 to the local charities we will put your Business details in each of the 60 Goody Bags).
Past Events have been Bowling, Lazerquest, Pool and Bar Olympics with over £15,000 being raised for local charities.
The next Night is a Fun Poker Night on Tuesday 26th June 2018 at The Banstead Cricket Club.

Theo, we don't generally allow promotional posts as blogs - but as this one's for a charity event, I'm happy to make an exception! Hope it goes well, as all your events do...
